Post Factory Installation

Wait for 72 hours after installation before cleaning your vehicle.

Wash your vehicle frequently.

​

Handwash with soap and water or regular car shampoo.

If you do use a high-pressure washer to clean your vehicle, you should keep the nozzle at least 50cm from film edges to prevent lifting.

Set washer jet to a wide spray.

​

Treat your PPF with a flexible ceramic coating. Alternatively, apply a non-abrasive wax twice yearly to maintain optimal gloss.

Over time, and in extreme conditions, dirt may gather on the PPF surface. In such a situation it is recommended that the vehicle be returned to the installation centre for a gentle polish. This will lift the dirt and return the gloss.

Remove bird droppings and other contaminants as soon as they appear. 

​

Remove dirt or wax build-up along the edges by using alcohol and a lint-free cloth.
